Cant pass 1-25

I love this game, and want to rate it higher, but there seems to be a glitch on level 1-25 that wont let me pass.

I know the hook so it catches on the spinning gear but it doesnt pull up the "ladle" to dump to candies. Instead the hook stops the gear from spinning at all.

Whats worse is that if I finish the level without the candies that the ladle would dump, I get a need more candies message and have to replay the level.

I have tried about a dozen times but it never works. Please fix.
